This page explains how users of أكاديمية متميزين العراق (Mutamayizeen Iraq Academy) can permanently delete their account or request deletion of their account and associated data.

Delete In the App Registered users can permanently delete their account directly from their profile.
Permanent Action Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
External Request Users who cannot access the app can contact us by email or phone.

1. Delete Your Account Inside the App

If you can access your account, the fastest method is to use the permanent account deletion feature available directly inside the mobile application.

Sign in

Open the application and sign in to your registered account.

Open your Profile

Navigate to your profile page inside the application.

Select Delete Account

Tap the Delete Account option available on the profile page.

Enter your full name

Enter your full name exactly as it appears in your account.

Confirm permanent deletion

Confirm that you understand that deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete the account

Tap the permanent deletion button. After successful deletion, the application signs you out and the deleted account can no longer be used.

Warning: Account deletion is permanent. If you want to use the Academy again later, you may need to create a new account.

2. Request Account Deletion Without App Access

If you no longer have access to the application or cannot sign in to your account, you can contact us directly and request permanent deletion of your account.

You can contact us by email or phone using the information below.

Information to Include

To help us identify the correct account, please provide:

  • Your full name.
  • Your registered email address.
  • Your registered phone number, if available.
  • A clear statement that you are requesting permanent deletion of your account.
Security Notice: Never send us your password or email verification code (OTP). We do not require your password or OTP to receive an account deletion request.

3. Verification of Deletion Requests

For security and privacy reasons, we may need to verify that the person requesting deletion is the owner of the account.

Verification may use information already associated with the account, such as:

  • Registered email address.
  • Full name.
  • Registered phone number where necessary.

We will never request your password or email verification code as part of an external account deletion request.

4. Account and Associated Data

A successful account deletion is intended to permanently remove the user's account and account-related information processed as part of the account deletion procedure.

Account Information Information associated with the user's registered account.
Profile Information Information such as the student's name, email address, and phone number where included in the deleted account data.
Account Access Information Information used to manage access to educational content and account permissions.
Device-Related Account Information Device-related information associated with account security may be affected by the deletion procedure.
Local device data: Some information stored locally on the user's device may remain after the online account is deleted. Users can remove local application data by clearing the application's storage or uninstalling the application.

5. Limited Data Retention

Certain information may be retained where reasonably necessary or legally required for purposes such as security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or compliance with applicable legal obligations.

Any such retention is limited to the purpose for which it is necessary and is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
